1. Log in and go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking.
- Your Recruiting dashboard appears.
2. Find the job and click it to see the candidates.
3. In the Name column, click a candidate to see their profile:
- If a yellow Info icon (
) appears at the left of the candidate's name, this means they applied to multiple jobs in your company.
4. On the right, look under the candidate's resume, and the other jobs they applied for are listed.
- To see the details, right-click one of the jobs and select a New Tab.
Notes:
- Duplicate records can be merged using the Candidate De-Duplication tool.
- You can also pass on all records at once.
