How Do Access Gravity?

Step 1. Sign up for the Gravity App using your preferred social network (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo!, Amazon, Google). 

Step 2. When prompted, enter your company email address containing your company domain to verify your identity.

How Do I Share Jobs?

1. Go to the Gravity app and click the first panel, Share Jobs, to see a list of all open jobs at your company. 
2. On the top, you can view the jobs by Department or Location.
3. Click the job you want to share to see the job description. 
4. To share the job with your networks, click the corresponding button. A small window opens up with an auto-generated post. 
5. If you have not signed into this network through Gravity before, you are asked to sign in. 
6. You can edit the post if you want. Depending on the social network you selected, you might be able to share with a group, an individual, or your whole network. You can adjust any of the other posting settings you want. 
7. Click Share to post to your selected network automatically.
8. After sharing, you can see the number of times you’ve shared this job on a given social network noted on the button.

How Do I Use the My Stats Section?

The My Stats panel is useful if your company's administrator has a point system for sharing jobs. Many companies use Gravity as a way to assign point values for different actions you take in Gravity that might help them make a hire.

This is where you can also learn how points are earned in Gravity and see points you earned.

What is the Leaderboard?

If your company's administrator created a point system, you can see where you rank compared to your colleagues this month. Many companies provide rewards based on these points. 

Contact your administrator to see if they reward you for being at the top of the leaderboard!

What if I don’t have a company email address?

If you don't have a company email address, ask your company's administrator to contact Gravity to generate a link for you to log in without an email address with your company domain.
