This article is for administrators.
Important: If your organization is not permitted to block applications, regardless of duplicate status, do not enable this feature.
- Log in and go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. Your Recruiting dashboard appears.
 

- On the top, click Admin and select Careers Page. The Careers Page opens on the Settings tab. 
 
- Scroll down to the Prevent People Applying to the Same Job Multiple Times section and click the toggle next to the Enable Re-Application Prevention screen.
 - Next, enter an HR Contact Email in case applicants encounter the blocker by mistake.
 - On the top right, click Save.
 
This occurs: Recruiting now automatically blocks applications to the same job if the candidate uses the same email address.
