1. Log in and go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. Your Recruiting dashboard appears.

2. Find the job and click it to see the candidates.

3. In the Name column, click a candidate to see their profile: If the Info icon (
) to the left of the candidate's name changes from yellow to orange, it means they applied to multiple jobs in your company.
4. Click the Info icon to see the details.
Notes:
- You can merge duplicate records using the Candidate De-Duplication tool.
- You can also pass on all records at once.
