Add more administrator or staffing users
Your company can have an unlimited number of standard users in Recruiting.
Administrator and staffing users are licensed through Recruiting. To add more administrator or staffing users, contact Recruiting Support.
Manage administrator and staffing user changes
When an administrator or staffing user leaves your company:
- Change the user's status to Inactive from the User Profile screen. For more information, refer to Inactivate or lock a candidate in Recruiting.
- Reassign the user to a standard user. This step frees up the administrator or staffing license so you can reassign it.
Change hiring managers
When a hiring manager is assigned to approve multiple positions, you must remove them from each position before you can inactivate them and free up the administrator or staffing license.
Note: When you change the current administrator user, you must update your approval managers.
