What Do the Interview Scheduling Status Colors Mean in Recruiting?

Describes the Interview Scheduling status colors on the Recruiting dashboard.

This article is for administrators.

 

The information in this article applies only if your organization is using Interview Scheduling

1. Log in and go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. Your Recruiting dashboard appears.

2. At the top, click Admin and select Interviews. The Interviews settings screen appears showing you have enabled Interview Scheduling.

3. When Interview Scheduling is enabled, on your Recruiting dashboard, interviews and phone screens are color-coded based on the status of scheduled interviews and phone screens:

  • Red: A required attendee has declined the invitation. The event needs to be rescheduled or canceled.
  • Yellow: The event has been scheduled, but not all required attendees have responded yet. Hovering over this indicator shows pending event invitations.
  • Green: All required attendees have accepted the invitation. The candidate can be safely invited at this point.
  • Gray: The event was scheduled, coordinated, and completed.

If there is no status indicator, no event has been scheduled yet.

Additionally, when the Interview round (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.) is highlighted yellow, it signifies the interview is in reschedule status.

When a candidate is moved to the Phone Screen Scheduled or Interview Scheduled stages, a green dot appears next to the candidate's name on the Dashboard.
