When you Create a New User, you're asked if you want to send an invite email. The invitation email contains a password for your new users to give them access to Recruiting.
If you choose Do Not Send, you can send an invitation email at a later time by following these steps:
- Go to Admin > Users, and select the user you want to send an invitation email to.
- On a user's Account screen, click Send an Invite Email.
