Describes how you request EEO Information from applicants.

This article is for administrators.

Overview

Voluntary Self-Identification of Gender, Race/Ethnicity, Disability, and/or Veteran Status:

As part of the application process, you can request EEO information from your candidates. Recruiting is in full compliance with OFCCP regulations.

You can request gender, race/ethnicity, disability status, and/or veteran status, and the questionnaire can appear before or after the main job application.

Important: For compliance and security reasons, Recruiting Support cannot modify EEO settings on your behalf. Your administrator has access to make these setting changes.
