Recruiting: Sharing Folders

Describes how to share candidate and document folders with other users.

In Recruiting, you can share your Candidate and Document sub-folders with other users.

Important: You can share only sub-folders. Therefore, you cannot share your entire library or any resumes or documents not saved into a sub-folder.

To share a sub-folder with other users: 

  1. In Recruiting, click Folders.
  2. At the bottom left of the screen, click Manage. The Manage Folders screen appears. 
  3. Select the sub-folder you want to share, in Folder Sharing, mark the radio button next to Share this Folder, and then click Share With
  4. In the Share With popup window that appears, select the users you want to share the folder with.
