In Recruiting, you can share your Candidate and Document sub-folders with other users.
Important: You can share only sub-folders. Therefore, you cannot share your entire library or any resumes or documents not saved into a sub-folder.
To share a sub-folder with other users:
- In Recruiting, click Folders.
- At the bottom left of the screen, click Manage. The Manage Folders screen appears.
- Select the sub-folder you want to share, in Folder Sharing, mark the radio button next to Share this Folder, and then click Share With.
- In the Share With popup window that appears, select the users you want to share the folder with.
