Overview
When you hire someone, it is a good idea to lock their record. Once a candidate is locked, only their contact information and resume are visible to other users.
Locking a candidate hides Comments, Offers Details, Metadata and Attachments from all non-administrator users. Administrator users can still view the entire record.
Pro Tip: If you hire a candidate who becomes an Administrator or Staffing User, we strongly recommend you delete their candidate record.
How to Lock a Candidate's Record After Making a New Hire?
1. In Recruiting, go to the Candidate's Record.

2. Click the Info icon (
) to open the Candidate Info screen.
3. On the left side, click Lock Record.
