1. Where can you download the Gravity App for Android or iOS?

  • You do not need to download a special app on your phone or tablet.
  • Visit www.thegravityapp.com on your mobile device and log in normally.
  • Our interface automatically resizes, and you can share jobs on the go.

2. Why am I asked to authenticate my work email address every time?

  • If you are logging in with a social network account that is different from the one you initially signed up with, Gravity thinks you are a new person.
  • To prevent this from happening, make sure you log in with the exact same social network account you initially signed up with.

3. Is there any delay with job updates in Gravity?

  • There can be a very slight delay for updates from Recruiting to appear in Gravity (less than five minutes). Rest assured you do not need to take any further action! Gravity updates on its own.

4. My company has multiple accounts—how do we access different accounts?

  • Upon logging in, employees can select a specific company.
  • You can also switch company any time by clicking the menu at the top of Gravity.
  • Contact Paycor Support to set up multiple Recruiting companies into a group
