Requirements: 

• You must have an app which connects phone calls.
• Desktop and Laptop: If you are working on a desktop or laptop, use a subscription-based program like Skype.
• Mobile Phone: On a mobile device, use the existing Phone's app.

Note: You might see usage charges from your service provider depending on how the call is connected. Recruiting provides the candidate's phone number via the tel: protocol.
