Requirements
- You must have an app that connects phone calls.
- Desktop and Laptop: If you work on a desktop or laptop, use a subscription-based program like Skype.
- Mobile Phone: Use the existing Phone app on a mobile device.
Note: You might see usage charges from your service provider depending on how the call is connected. Recruiting provides the candidate's phone number via the tel: protocol.
How to call candidates: Whether you are using a desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone, Recruiting allows phone calls with a single click of the phone icon, as shown in the sample screen here:
Note: If you cannot use the Call button, ask your local IT team about available phone call apps.
