Allows external agencies and recruiters to add candidates to Recruiting, keeping your hiring process safe and secure.
How Do I Invite an Agent?
1. Log in and go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. The Recruiting dashboard appears.
2. At the top, click Admin, click the Agencies tab, click the Approved Agencies tab, and then click Invite an Agent.
3. Enter the agent's email address.
If this is your first time using Agency Manager, no jobs appear for you to select yet.
4. Click Send Invite.
5. If the agency does not respond to their invitation email, the link expires after three days. You can re-invite the agent by following these steps again.
Steps to Approve a Job for Agency Visibility or Submissions
1. Log in and go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. The Recruiting dashboard appears.
2. At the top, click Admin, click the Agencies tab, and then click the Approved Jobs tab.
3. Select the desired jobs and click Approve for Agencies.
4. You can then assign permission to specific agents to see the approved jobs.
What is Required to Grant or Deny Agency Representation?
When the agency submits a candidate, the record is entered into Recruiting.
Users with appropriate access (as specified during the Agency Manager setup) can see the candidate and grant or deny agency representation.
After representation is granted, hiring managers for the job can see the candidate's details. If no representation, the candidate remains hidden.
