Set up a custom Interview Scorecard

This article describes how administrators set up a custom Interview Scorecard so that interviewers and you can take notes and assign scores to potential candidates for hiring.

This article is for administrators.

Your administrator must have enabled the Interview Scorecard feature.

Follow these steps to set up a custom scorecard:

  1. Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. The screen opens to display the Active Jobs in your company.
  2. Select Admin > Interviews. The Interviews tab opens.
  3. On the left in the Interview Scorecards section, select Create a New Scorecard, and the screen updates.
  4. Enter a name in the Scorecard Name field.
  5. Set up the custom scorecard using the Form Toolkit section:
    1. Select and drag new items to construct or modify the scorecard.
    2. You can move existing items, mark them as required, edit, and delete.
    3. The Skills Rating option lets you collect feedback on a candidate's skills based on a score range.
      1.  Some can be weighted more heavily if they are especially critical to the role.
      2. These skills ratings do not affect the overall numerical score.
  6. When finished, select Save, and the new scorecard appears in your list of scorecards.
