Overview and Scorecard Settings

This article describes how administrators set up a custom Interview Scorecard so that interviewers and you can take notes and assign scores to potential candidates for hiring.

Steps to Set Up a Custom Scorecard

1. Log in to Paycor and go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. The screen opens to display the Active Jobs in your company.

2. Along the top, click Admin, and select Interviews. The Interviews tab appears.

3. On the left in the Interview Scorecards section, click Create a New Scorecard, and the screen updates.

4. Enter a name in the Scorecard Name field.

5. Just like editing the default scorecards, set up the custom scorecard using the Form Toolkit section:

  • Click and drag new items to construct or modify the scorecard.
  • You can move around existing items, mark as required, edit, and delete.
  • The Skills Rating option allows you to collect feedback on a candidate's skills based on a score range.
    •  Some can be weighted more heavily if they are especially critical to the role.
    • These skills ratings do not affect the overall numerical score.

6. When finished, click Save, and the new scorecard appears in your list of scorecards.
