Use Feedback Requests to automate how you ask your hiring managers for feedback on candidates.
Note: Scorecards must be set to Off for feedback requests to populate.
When you mark a candidate as Phone Screen Scheduled or Interview Scheduled, Recruiting prompts you to pick a date, time, and interval for a Feedback Request. This applies to administrators and staffing users.

To set defaults for sending Feedback Requests, go to your Default Settings. You can also turn off these settings from there.
Note: Turn on Echo for your feedback requests to make the process easier for your hiring managers. Echo lets them send feedback using their email. For more information, refer to Use Echo for your Feedback Requests.

Set a prompt to send a feedback request every time
- Go to Default Settings.
- Select Do Not Send.
- Mark the checkbox next to Do not send by default.
- Select Save.
