This article is for administrators.
Your administrator must have enabled the Interview Scorecard feature.
Follow these steps to set up a custom scorecard:
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. The screen opens to display the Active Jobs in your company.
- Select Admin > Interviews. The Interviews tab opens.
- On the left in the Interview Scorecards section, select Create a New Scorecard, and the screen updates.
- Enter a name in the Scorecard Name field.
- Set up the custom scorecard using the Form Toolkit section:
- Select and drag new items to construct or modify the scorecard.
- You can move existing items, mark them as required, edit, and delete.
- The Skills Rating option lets you collect feedback on a candidate's skills based on a score range.
- Some can be weighted more heavily if they are especially critical to the role.
- These skills ratings do not affect the overall numerical score.
- When finished, select Save, and the new scorecard appears in your list of scorecards.
