Recruiting: Toggling Between Multiple Recruiting Applications

Describes how you toggle between multiple Recruiting applications.

Recruiting has functionality so you can toggle between different applications configured at the job level.
If you have multiple applications, your Standard application is the default application used unless you specify otherwise.

To create a job with a different application, on either the Create a Job or Request Job Approval screen, in the Application drop-down menu, select the appropriate application:

  • To change the application after that job is posted, on either the Recruiting Home Dashboard or the Job Search, hover your mouse over the job title. The Job Info widget appears.
  • In the Application drop-down, select the appropriate application.
