Steps to Set Up Notifications in Recruiting
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. You see your Recruiting dashboard with active jobs.
- At the top-right of Recruiting, click the Gear icon and click Notification Settings.
- For every possible notification, choose to receive it in Recruiting, by Email, or both. These settings will apply to jobs the user is assigned as a Recruiter or Hiring Manager. If the user is assigned to an Executive or Team Member job, they will not receive notifications for that job. Learn more about Roles and Permissions here.

How Do I View Notifications in Recruiting
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. You see your Recruiting dashboard with active jobs.
- At the top right, click the Bell icon (
). - To mark all Notifications as Read, click Mark All As Read. You can also click See All if a long list of Notifications awaits your attention.

How Do I Filter Notifications in Recruiting?
Notifications can be searched and filtered to help users track what is important. Users can quickly find all the items related to a candidate, hiring manager, job, stage, and more.
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. You see your Recruiting dashboard with active jobs.
- To search your notifications, on the top right, click the Bell icon (
). - At the bottom of the notifications list, click See All. A search bar and a filter appear to search for keywords and filter by the notification status (All, Unread, Read).

Steps to Edit Notifications For Other Employees
Only administrators can change Notification Settings for other Recruiting users by following these steps:
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. You see your Recruiting dashboard with active jobs.
- On the top, click Admin and then click Users.
- Select a specific user and then click Notification Settings.
Note: Staffing Users have this ability, but can change only Standard Users.

Steps to Edit Site Applicant Notifications
Only administrators can override the Notify me of new Site Applicants for my jobs setting for all existing and new Standard Users.
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. You see your Recruiting dashboard with active jobs.
- On the top, click Admin and then click Company Settings.
- Click Standard User Site Applicant Notifications.
