OVERVIEW
- Recruiting delivers Notifications in real-time via email or directly in the system so you never have to miss another comment, follow-up, or action item again.
- This feature was previously called Alerts, but it has been renamed Notifications to reflect new and expanded functionality incorporating the old Tracking List feature too.
HOW TO SETUP NOTIFICATIONS
- At the top-right of Recruiting, click the Gear icon and click Notification Settings.
- For every possible notification, choose to receive it in Recruiting, by Email, or both. These settings will apply to jobs that the user is assigned to as a Recruiter or Hiring Manager. If the user is assigned to a job as an Executive or Team Member, they will not receive notifications for that job. Learn more about Roles and Permissions here.
HOW TO VIEW NOTIFICATIONS
- At the top-right of Recruiting, click the Bell icon ( ).
- To mark all Notifications as Read, clicking Mark All As Read. You can also click See All if there is a long list of Notifications awaiting your attention.
HOW TO FILTER NOTIFICATIONS
Notifications can now be searched and filtered to help users keep track of what is important. Users can quickly find all of the items related to a candidate, hiring manager, job, stage and more.
- To search your notifications, at the top-right of Recruiting, click the Bell icon ( ).
- At the bottom of the notifications list, click See All. A search bar and a filter appear for you to search for keywords and filter by the status of the notification (All, Unread, Read).
