Overview
When you hire someone, it is a good idea to lock their record. After you lock a candidate, only their contact information and resume are visible.
Locking a candidate hides Comments, Offers Details, Metadata, and Attachments from all non-administrator users. Administrators can still view the entire record.
Note: If you hire a candidate who becomes an administrator or staffing user, delete their candidate record.
Lock a candidate record after a new hire
- Go to the Candidate's Record.
- Select the Info icon (
) to open the Candidate Info screen. - Select Lock Record.
