Use blind carbon copy (BCC) when emailing

Learn how to send an email with hidden recipients in Recruiting.

This article is for administrators.

BCC is only available to Admin and Staffing users. Standard users cannot use BCC.

 

Find the BCC field

The BCC field is in the Recruiting email widget. Type each hidden recipient's email address in the BCC field.

Understand BCC privacy in Candidate History

Paycor stores every email you send from Recruiting in the Candidate History panel. Other users can read these emails.

Note: Paycor hides BCC recipients from Staffing and Standard users. Only Administrators can see who received the email by BCC when they review it in Candidate History.
