Overview
- In Recruiting, the Interview Teams feature helps you and your team schedule Interviews.
- If a group of people always interviews candidates for a certain job, make an interview team for them.
- You can quickly load these teams using the Interview Scheduling Tool to save time.
Creating and Saving Teams
- In Recruiting, at the top right, click the Gear icon, and then click Interview Teams.
- Click Create an Interview Team.
- At the top, update the Default Start Time and Time Zone if needed.
- To add interview team members, click + Add Interviewer.
- To select interviewers, check the boxes next to the names you want, then click Save.
- To add a room, click + Room. Pick a room from the list, then click Save.
- Change the interview duration if needed. It defaults to 60 minutes.
- When you are finished, click Save in the top-right corner.
- In the Team Name field, type a name and click Save. The new interview team appears under Your Interview Teams.
Loading Teams: Using an Interview Team When Scheduling Interviews
After you create interview teams, you can:
- Load a team to create a new team or add interviews to an existing team.
- Load teams created by other users, if they are not Private.
Follow these steps to load a team:
- When scheduling an interview, click Load a Team.
- Pick the team you want to invite and click Save.
Pro Tip: To see only your teams, check Only Show My Teams.
- In the Interview screen, you will see all team members and the meeting room. The time changes to match the meeting's Default Start Time and duration that was entered when the team was created.
Note: You can change the meeting date and time if needed.
Saving Teams as Private
You can make an Interview team private. Other users will not be able to see it or use it to schedule.
- In Recruiting, at the top right, click the Gear icon, then click Interview Teams.
- In the Interview Teams list, click the Interview Team you want to make private.
- Check the Do not share this team with other users box. Click Save.
Deleting Teams
- Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner. Click Interview Teams.
- Click the Interview Team you want to delete.
- Click the red link that says Delete this Team.
- When asked to permanently delete this team, click Delete.
