How Do I Find a Draft Job?

There are two ways to find draft jobs in Recruiting:

1. Go to the Home tab and click the Drafts tab: 

2. Use the Search Job feature to populate a list of draft jobs and change Any Status to Draft:


How Do I Activate a Draft Job?

  1. In Recruiting, click the job title you want to activate.
  2. Proceed depending on the situation:
    • If your organization is not using Job Approval, you are prompted to Create a Job:

  • If your organization is using Job Approval, you are prompted to Request Job Approval:


How Do I Edit or Delete a Draft Job?

Note: If editing is not available to you, then you might not have the necessary permissions. Contact your Admin for access.

1. In Recruiting, use the Job Search feature to populate a list of draft jobs. 

2. Edit the Job Description in the same way:
