To allow candidates to submit general applications not specific to any job, enabling the Allow Generic Site Submissions. This is useful for building a resume bank that you can draw from later on. Any candidates that apply through the generic submission will be located in your Generic Candidate Pool.

1. In Recruiting, click Admin, Careers Page, and then click the Settings tab. 
   
2. Click Allow Generic Site Submissions. By enabling this option, this line is added to the bottom of your Jobs Listing:
   

Notes:

• Any candidates who apply through the generic submission are located in your Generic Candidate Pool.
• Just like your other applicants, they receive a Thank You Letter or Email.
