Turn on and send thank you letters in Recruiting

Describes how to activate and edit these templates in Recruiting.

This article is for administrators.

Only administrators can manage Thank You Letter settings and default communication templates.

Your organization must have Thank You Letters turned on in your Thank You Letters Settings. Thank You Letters are on by default when your account is created.

Recruiting includes ready-made Thank You Letter templates for each stage of the interview process. These templates help you quickly send professional messages to candidates.

There are two types of templates:

  • Corporate templates: managed by your organization
  • Personal templates: created and used by individual users

When you send a Thank You Letter, you can choose which type to use.
