Beginning in early August, Paycor is releasing a new Recruiting navigation.

The new design puts everything in the left menu.
- Items that used to be across the top are now in the left menu.
- Only Get Help and the Company Chooser stay at the top.

This new design makes it easier to add new features later.
What’s new
Jobs menu (updated and improved)
- Jobs is now in the left menu.
- Closed/Filled Jobs now has its own item. You can open these jobs with one click.

The Jobs menu still includes:
- Active Jobs
- Drafts
- Approvals
- Paycor Smart Sourcing
Generic Candidate Pool (new)
- You can now find more candidates faster.
- This option is in the left menu.

You can view:
- Candidates not tied to a job
- People who sent a resume to your company
Tasks (updated)
- Follow Ups and Requests are now in one place called Tasks.
- This makes it easier to track and manage work.
What’s changed
Notifications

The bell icon moved to the left menu next to Search.
- Select the bell to open the Notifications screen.
- Notifications now show in a table for easy reading.

You can mark notifications as Read.
Folders
- Folders look different but work the same.
- Select Folders to see candidate and document folders.
- Select the Settings gear (top right) to open Folder Settings.

Select a folder to see its details.
Note: The Folder Settings screen stays blank until you select a folder.
Home
- Home has been replaced by Jobs in the left menu.

Select Jobs to find the same items you used before, plus Closed/Filled Jobs.
- Approvals are now on one screen with tabs at the top.
Navigation
- If you have Paycor HR, select the Paycor logo to go to Paycor.
- If you do not have Paycor HR, select the Paycor logo to go to the Jobs page.
User menu
- The User menu has moved to the bottom-left corner.
- It has the same options as before.

Select an item to go to that screen.
What’s the same
These items work the same as before. They are now located in the left menu:
- Recent Items (shows the last 10 jobs or candidates)
- Thank You Letters
- Analytics (Overview and Reports)
- Admin (menu expands and also shows across the top)
- Integrations (such as background checks)
- Marketplace
Release schedule
- Testing with a small group of clients starts in mid-July 2026.
- Release to all clients is planned for late July or early August 2026.
- Help Center articles will be updated over the next month.
