Administrators are able to generate Applicant Flow Logs. These are reports of the EEO information (i.e., Gender, Race/Ethnicity, Veteran Status and/or Disability Status) that candidates disclose before submitting their application.
EEO Flow logs can be generated from the Flow Logs tab of the EEO/OFCCP admin area:
- Go to the Admin tab
- Click the EEO/OFCCP tab
- Click the "Flow Logs" tab
You can either generate a flow log for applicants to any job over a date range, or a flow log for all applicants to a specific job.
To export an EEO Flow Log report containing candidates across all jobs, from the Flow Logs tab:
- Select the "Export by Date Range" option.
- Specify the "Date Range" of candidates you wish to include in this report (e.g., include all candidates from "This Year So Far").
- Optional: Specify whether you want to include candidates to jobs outside of the United States, and candidates that did not meet the job's Minimum Qualifications, through using the corresponding checkboxes.
- Specify whether you want this report in XLSX (Excel) format, or CSV (Comma Separated Values) format, through selecting the appropriate radio button.
- Click the "Export This Flow Log" button to generate and download the report.
To export an EEO Flow Log report containing only candidates to a specific job, from the Flow Logs tab:
- Select the "Export a Specific Job" option.
- Select the job you wish to report on from the dropdown menu.
Tip: You can hover your mouse over a job title to see more details about that job. - Specify whether you want to include candidates that did not meet the job's Minimum Qualifications, through using the corresponding checkbox. If you are looking to report on job outside of the United States, check the box for "Include jobs located outside the United States".
- Specify whether you want this report in XLSX (Excel) format, or CSV (Comma Separated Values) format, through selecting the appropriate radio button.
- Click the "Export This Flow Log" button to generate and download the report.
