Steps to Update User Email Templates with Your Company's Default Templates
- When a new user is created, they automatically inherit the email templates already established under Admin > Email Templates > User Templates.
- Changes to the templates in this area do not automatically apply to an existing user's templates.
To replace an existing user's personal email templates with the company's default email templates, an Admin can follow these steps to reset them on the user's behalf:
- Click Admin, then click Users, and search for the user.
- When the user's Info screen appears, click Message Templates.
- Click Restore Default Email Templates.
- All users can manually replace their own templates with the defaults by accessing their Email Templates:
- Click the Gears Icon > Email Settings > My Templates.
- Click Restore Default Email Templates.
