Steps to allow hiring managers to send thank you letters.

This article is for administrators.

 
  1. Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking.
  2. Select Admin > Message Templates
  3. Under Thank You Letters, select Settings.
  4. In Settings, select Anyone Who Rejects a Candidate will be asked to Send a Thank You Letter.
  5. Select Save.
