This article is for administrators.
Administrators can manage the Careers page settings by default. Admins can also give Standard users access to edit the Careers page.
This is helpful if a web designer, marketing team, or IT partner needs to update your Careers page, such as adding an iFrame or Atom feed.
Allow non-administrative users to edit the Careers page
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking to open the Recruiting platform.
- Select Admin, then select Users.
- Select the User’s name who you want to grant access to.
- In the Additional Permission section, check Careers Website Editor.
-
Select Save.
The next time the user logs in, they can access the Admin tab. They will only see the Careers Page section.
