Mobile-friendly pages help applicants view and apply for jobs on phones and tablets.
You can use mobile settings to make your careers page and job application easier to use on smaller screens. The available options depend on your current careers page setup.
Notes
- Newer careers page versions can be updated for mobile use by contacting Recruiting Support.
- Older versions may require changes to your website code.
- If you are unsure which version you use or cannot find the following settings, contact Recruiting Support.
- You must be an administrator to complete this task.
Set up your Careers Page
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking to open the Recruiting platform.

Select Admin, then select Careers Page.
- In the left panel, find the Mobile Settings section.
- Select one of the available options.

Do Not Use Mobile
- This is the default setting.
- Mobile apply is disabled.
- The page does not adjust for mobile devices.

Responsive Mobile
- Adjusts the careers page and application for mobile screens.

Use this option if your website is already responsive.
Tip: To check if your site is responsive, open it on a mobile device to see it looks different than on a laptop or desktop screen. You can also open your website on your computer, then resize the browser window down to the size of a mobile device, If the layout changes or navigation bars collapse down, the site is responsive. - Example of a responsive web page.

Push Mobile
- Redirects users to a mobile-optimized page.
- Replaces company-specific content with a standard layout with headers, footers, and a cascading styling sheet (CSS) for a clean mobile experience.
- On iFrame sites, users are redirected outside of the iFrame .

Use this option if your website is not currently responsive.

Prompt to Redirect
- Displays a prompt asking applicants if they want to switch to the mobile version of your careers page.
- If not selected, applicants are redirected automatically
