This article is for administrators.
The Internal Jobs iFrame lets you display all internal job postings on a single page. You can add this iFrame to your company website so employees can view and apply for jobs in one place.
When an employee applies through the iFrame, they are marked as an internal applicant. If an internal application is set up, they are taken directly to that application.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, confirm the following:
- You can edit and publish HTML code on the internal web page where the iFrame will be placed.
- You have access to Paycor Recruiting > Admin > Careers Page Settings.
- Your user account includes the Careers Website Editor permission (an Admin user on your Recruiting account can help if needed).
- Your external careers page uses an iFrame.
Important: The Internal iFrame feature may need to be enabled by Recruiting Support.
Email recruitingsupport@paycor.com to request access
If the feature is not enabled, you will not see the settings in this article
Set up an internal careers page using an iFrame
Ask your IT or Marketing team to add code to the internal web page where you want to display job listings.
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking to open the Recruiting platform.
- Select Admin, then select Careers Page.
- Select the Internal Settings tab.
- Under Internal Hosting Settings, select Use an iFrame.
-
Copy the iFrame code.
- Paste the code into the HTML of your internal web page where you want the job list to display.
- Publish the web page.
- Copy the full URL of the published page.
- Return to Recruiting and select Admin, then select Careers Page.
- Select the Internal Settings tab.
- Make sure Internal Hosting Settings is set to Use an iFrame.
- In the Internal Careers Page field, paste the full URL of your internal careers page.
-
Select Save.
Important Notes
- The code must be added to the raw HTML for the page, not as visible text.
- The iFrame displays job listings, job descriptions, and application pages.
- If the page is public, internal jobs are also public.
- Use security controls so only employees can access the page.
Limits and Security
- The internal iFrame loads on only one domain, based on the URL you enter in the Internal Career Page field in Recruiting.
- You cannot change the iFrame design. It uses default styling and works best on lighter backgrounds.
- Internal jobs are public by default until you secure the page.
To limit access:
- Host the page on your company intranet.
- Use a password-protected page.
Troubleshooting
If you have issues setting up the internal jobs iFrame:
-
Email recruitingsupport@paycor.com
- Include a short description of the issue.
- Include the full URL of the internal page that contains the iFrame code.
