Benefits and Sample Questions
As well as making applications for people outside the company, you can use a special Internal Application (Internal App) in Recruiting for employees who already work at your company.
The internal application has questions only for current employees.
Sample questions for internal apps are:
- How long have you worked at the company?
- What jobs have you had here?
- Who is your manager?
- Does your manager know you are applying for this job?
- Would your manager say you are a good fit for this job?
How Does It Work?
Because your employees are automatically marked as internal candidates in Recruiting, you do not need to select the Internal App when posting a job.
Instead, candidates automatically see the Internal App when they do either of these:
- Apply to the internal Job Posting link
- Go to your organization's Internal Jobs Listing section and apply there.
Note: Candidates who apply through any other link see the standard job application or, if you have Multiple Recruiting Applications, whichever application is set for that particular job.
