How Do Candidates Opt In to Text Messaging in Recruiting?

Describes how candidates can opt in, or out, of text messaging, and how administrators and staffing users can make changes.

Overview

When an applicant opts in to text messaging (texting is turned on), they receive text messages when they apply.

If they don't opt in at first, applicants can opt in later

Administrators and staffing users can also turn off texting for applicants. This must be completed on a candidate’s record to receive a text message.
