This feature allows you to take notes and assign scores to potential hires. Improve the speed and accuracy of your phone screens and interviews by using scorecards to standardize the process.

How does it help?

  • Fast, Fair, and Consistent: 
    • Scorecards are simple for hiring managers to complete based on the HR team's exact specifications. This helps hiring teams make quicker decisions based on the job's needs.
  • Background and Context: 
    • Some interviewers are tough, while others make it easy for the candidate! No matter the style, hiring teams can review an interviewer's past scores to see how good they are at picking the right person for the job.

Who can use this feature?

Administrators can set up and use this feature in its entirety. 

Staffing users, also referred to as Interviewers, are also able to create, edit, and remove interview scorecards. 

They can also complete a scorecard when their feedback is requested about a candidate.
