Overview and Scorecard Settings

This article describes how administrators enable the Interview Scorecards feature so you and interviewers to take notes and assign scores to potential candidates for hiring.
It improves the speed and accuracy of your phone screens and interviews by using scorecards to standardize the process.
Steps to Enable Interview Scorecards in Recruiting
1. Login to Paycor and go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking.
- The screen opens to display the Active Jobs in your company.
2. Along the top click Admin and select Interviews.
- The Interviews tab appears.
3. On the left in the Interview Scorecards section, click Settings and the screen updates.
4. On the right in the Enable Interview Scorecards section, click the Toggle next to the Enable Interview Scorecards (recommended) field to turn it on.
5. Complete each of these sections and when you're finished, click Save.

Scorecard Visibility:
- Sets Standard Users' visibility on scorecards for jobs they are assigned to. If a Standard User is not assigned to the job, they are only able to view their own submitted scorecards. Admins and Staffing Users can view any scorecard in Recruiting.

Score Range:
- The number range for scoring your candidates. This is a global setting which applies to all candidates—past, present, and future.

Scorecard Submission Requests:
- The default setting for when Recruiting sends alerts to interviewers. The system can also send follow-up reminders on a regular basis if the interviewer has not submitted a scorecard yet. Recruiting send a maximum of two reminders.
6. On the left in the Interview Scorecards section, click Create a New Scorecard and the screen updates with a list of default scorecards.
