How Do I Request an Interview Scorecard for a Candidate in Recruiting?

Overview

This article is for Administrators and interviewers.

Requirement: Your administrator must have already Enabled Interview Scorecards. 

 

When the Interview Scorecards feature is turned On, you can click Send a Scorecard Request any time from a candidate's details screen. 

  • If Interview Scheduling is On, you can request an interview scorecard whenever the scheduling tool is used or whenever the candidate is placed in the stage Phone Screen Scheduled or Interview Scheduled.
  • If Interview Scheduling is Off, you can request an interview scorecard whenever the candidate is placed in the stage Phone Screen Scheduled or Interview Scheduled.

Additionally, all Feedback Requests are replaced with Interview Scorecards. Schedule your candidate Phone Screens and Interviews normally in Recruiting! The system handles the rest.

Steps to Request an Interview Scorecard for a Candidate 

1. Login to Paycor and go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking.

  • The screen opens to display the Active Jobs in your company.

2. Go to the candidate you want to add an interview scorecard to.  

3. Click the Scorecards tab and at the right, click Send a Scorecard Request

4. In the Send Scorecard Request popup, complete these fields:

  • To: The interviewers. Enter as many as needed.
  • Scorecard: Select the appropriate scorecard
  • Hello: The interviewers

5. At the bottom right, click Preview Email to see a preview, and click Close when you're done.

6. When you're finished with the email, click Send

  • The candiate's Scorecards screen updates with the Interview Scorecard you sent.
