Overview
The JobTarget app provides customers with the ability to find and recruit candidates with ease and efficiency with these features:

Marketplace:
- Post to more than 25,000 sites in one step.
- When an applicant applies in JobTarget, for a position, their information creates a candidate record in Recruiting.

Programmatic:
- Add your jobs from Paycor into Programmatic and post them to over 50 leading and niche job sites.
- See which job board the applicant used to apply for the position.

Compliance:
- Make OFCCP compliance easier for federal contractors.
- Be ready for an OFCCP audit with an automated solution.

Media Services:
- Work with Media Strategists who manage your job board contracts.
- Helps you pick the right sites to reach the right candidates, so you save time and money.
Use JobTarget
Note: All Recruiting customers can use JobTarget. There is no additional setup.
Important:
- You must post a job in Paycor before you can use JobTarget.
- After you finish filling out the job details, you will find JobTarget as an option to advertise your job.
Follow these steps:
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking.
- On the Recruiting dashboard, select the Job Title you want to promote.
- Select JobTarget. The overview screen opens. The Purchased Promotions tab shows job boards where the job is already posted with JobTarget.
- To promote the job on JobTarget, select the Add a Promotion tab. Choose one of these two options to promote your job:
- Programmatic: Uses your job details to choose the best promotion sites for your position.

Marketplace: Lets you choose from all available job boards.
To purchase a Programmatic posting:
- Select one of the three options.
- Select CHECKOUT. JobTarget opens in a new tab.
- Enter payment information and confirm your purchase.
Note: It can take up to 24 hours for Programmatic postings to show on the Purchased Promotions tab.
To access the JobTarget Marketplace and see all available job boards in the Marketplace section,
- Select GO TO MARKETPLACE. The Marketplace opens in a new browser window.
- For each job board you want to use to promote your position, select Add to Cart.
Note: If you do not see the job board you are looking for, scroll down and use the Search box to find it. - When you are finished, select Next Step to go to checkout.
- If a job board needs more information, add it. Then select Next Step-Review Order.
- Enter the payment information. Select Pay with Card.
- When the order confirmation screen appears, select Close this Tab. Your promotions now appear on the Purchased Promotions tab.

What if the job board I want is not available?
JobTarget aims to add every job board.
In the JobTarget app, select the Need Help banner and send your request.
What if I do not want JobTarget to display at all?
Contact the Payor Recruiting Support team to turn off this feature.
