Overview
The JobTarget app provides customers with the ability to find and recruit candidates with ease and efficiency with these features:

Marketplace:
- Post to your choice of 25,000+ sites in a single transaction.
- When the applicant applies for a position, their information from the application in JobTarget will create a candidate record in Recruiting.

Programmatic:
- Make the most of your hiring budget by adding your jobs from Paycor into Programmatic and post them to over 50 leading and niche job sites.
- See which job board the applicant used to apply for the position.

Compliance:
- Remove the complexity of OFCCP compliance for hundreds of highly respected federal contractors.
- Get peace of mind of knowing you’re covered in the event of an OFCCP audit and the ease of an automated solution.

Media Services:
- Access to a team of Media Strategists that help you save time and money when it comes to managing your job board contracts.
- Helps you identify the right sites to reach the right candidates, so you can spend more time recruiting and less time managing media contracts.
Steps to Use JobTarget
Note: All Recruiting customers have access to JobTarget, and it does not require any additional steps to set it up.
Important:
- You must post a job in Paycor before you can access JobTarget.
- When you are finished filling out your job details, you’ll see JobTarget available as an option to advertise your job.
Follow these steps:
1. On the Recruiting dashboard, click the Job Title that you want to promote.
2. Click JobTarget and the overview screen appears.
- The Purchased Promotions tab shows job boards where the job is currently posted with JobTarget, as applicable.
3. To promote the job on JobTarget, click the Add a Promotion tab where you have two options to promote your job:
- Programmatic
- Marketplace
Proceed to Step 4 to learn more about both.
4. The Programmatic option provides an algorithm that uses details of your job posting to choose the promotion site that is the best fit for your position.
- To purchase a Programmatic posting, select one of the three available options, then click CHECKOUT to open JobTarget in a new tab.
- You will be prompted to add your payment information then confirm your purchase.
Note: Programmatic postings can take up to 24 hours to appear on the Purchased Promotions tab.
5. To access the JobTarget Marketplace and see all available job boards, in the Marketplace section click GO TO MARKETPLACE.
- The Marketplace opens in a new browser window.
6. For the job boards you want for promoting your position, click Add to Cart.
7. If you do not see the job board you are looking for, scroll to the bottom of the screen and use the Search field to find it.
8. When you finish your selections, click Next Step to go to checkout.
9. If a job board requires additional information before you can review the order, add it and then click Next Step-Review Order.
10. Enter the payment information then click Pay with Card.
11. When the order confirmation screen appears, click Close this Tab.
- These promotions will now be reflected on the Purchased Promotions tab.

What do I do if I encounter an issue?

For issues accessing JobTarget through Recruiting, contact the Payor Recruiting Support team at RecruitingSupport@Paycor.com.
What if the job board I want is not available?
JobTarget is committed to making every job board available.
In the JobTarget app, contact them via the Need Help banner to submit your request.
What if I do not want JobTarget to display as an option at all?
Contact a contact the Payor Recruiting Support team at RecruitingSupport@Paycor.com to have the feature turned off.
