Modify the Standard User new candidate alerts setting in bulk

Turn the new candidate alert on or off for all Standard Users at once.

Standard User new candidate alerts

The Email Me Site Applicants for My Jobs alert is available for all users in Recruiting.

Before, administrators had to turn this alert on or off in each Standard User record. Now, you can change this setting for all your Standard Users at once.

To change the site applicant alert for Standard Users in bulk:

  1. Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking.
  2. Select Admin > Company Settings. 
  3. Select Standard User New Candidate Alerts
  4. Turn on or off the standard site applicant alerts.
  5. Select Save.

Notes:

  • After you turn this setting on, all Standard Users get an alert when someone applies to a job they are assigned to.
  • All new Standard Users have the site applicant alert turned on by default.
