Requirements
You must have an app that connects phone calls.
- Desktop and laptop: Use a subscription-based program like Skype.
- Mobile device: Use the existing Phone app already on the device.
Use Recruiting to call candidates from a desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device. This article lists the requirements and the steps to place a call.
Call a candidate
- In Recruiting, open a candidate's record.
- Select the phone icon next to the candidate's phone number.
Notes:
- You might see usage charges from your service provider, depending on how the call connects. Recruiting passes the candidate's phone number through the tel: protocol.
- If you cannot select the phone icon, ask your local IT team about an app that connects phone calls.
