Overview
Thank You Letters are automated messages and have one templated message per stage in the hiring process.
Corporate Thank You Letters:
- By default, Recruiting is pre-set to send these (the From email address is your generic HR email address).
Personal Thank You Letters:
- This is more personalizes because the From email address is your work email address, and your signature appears in the email.
Tip: We recommend updating your existing Thank You Letter templates rather than creating a new template.
Steps to Edit an Existing Thank You Letter Template
1. Log in and go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. Your Recruiting dashboard appears.
2. On the top, click Admin and select Email Templates. The Email Templates screen appears.
3. Select the template you want to update by toggling between the Corporate Email Templates and Personal Email Templates tabs.

Personal Thank You Letter Templates
To edit these templates:
- At the top right of the screen, click the Gears icon to access your Personal Settings.
- Select Email Templates. You might need to scroll down to view your templates.
