- Thank You Letters are automated messages and have one templated message per stage in the hiring process.
- Therefore, you change your existing Thank You Letter templates rather than create a new template.
- When editing your Thank You Letter templates, there are two templates you can select:
Corporate Thank You Letter Templates |
Personal Thank You Letter Templates |
To edit these templates:
- Click Admin.
- Click the Email Templates tab.
Note:
- By default, Recruiting is pre-set to send a Corporate Thank You Letters (the From email address is your generic HR email address).
- You can also toggle to send a Personal Thank You Letter (the From email address is yours, and your signature appears in the email).

To edit these templates:
- At the top right of the screen, click the Gears icon to access your Personal Settings.
- Select Email Templates. You might need to scroll down to view your templates.
