Overview
This article is for administrators and staffing users (interviewers).
Requirement: Your administrator must have already Enabled Interview Scorecards in Recruiting.
When the Interview Scorecards feature is turned On, you can click Send a Scorecard Request at any time from a candidate's details screen.
- If Interview Scheduling is On, you can request an interview scorecard whenever the scheduling tool is used or whenever the candidate is placed in the stage Phone Screen Scheduled or Interview Scheduled.
- If Interview Scheduling is Off, you can request an interview scorecard whenever the candidate is placed on the stage. Phone Screen Scheduled or Interview Scheduled.
Additionally, all Feedback Requests are replaced with Interview Scorecards. Schedule your candidate's Phone Screens and Interviews as normal in Recruiting, and the system handles the rest.

Steps to Request an Interview Scorecard for a Candidate
1. Log in and go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. The screen opens to display the Active Jobs in your company.
2. Click the job title, and when the job details screen appears, click the candidate you want to add an interview scorecard. Their details screen appears.
3. Click the Scorecards tab, and on the right, click Send a Scorecard Request. The Send Scorecard Request screen appears.
4. Complete these fields:
- To: The interviewers. Enter as many as needed.
- Scorecard: Select the appropriate scorecard
- Hello: The interviewers
5. At the bottom right, click Preview Email to see a preview, and click Close when you're done.
6. When you're finished with the email, click Send. The candidate's Scorecard screen updates with the Interview Scorecard you sent.
