Explains how administrators send a reminder email to approvers for a job or offer.

You must have Staffing or administrator access to the Recruiting platform.

 

Overview 

Use approval reminders to notify approvers that a job or offer is waiting for review. Sending a reminder helps keep the hiring process moving. 

Send a reminder email 

Important: The job or offer must be pending approval. 

  1. Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking to open the Recruiting platform.
  2. Select Approvals
  3. Locate the job or offer that is waiting for approval, and then select its title or name to open the approval details.

  4. Select the name of the Approver you are waiting for. 
  5. In the menu, select Click here to send a reminder

  6. Review the email message in the widget, make changes if needed, and then select Send Email Now

Results 

After you send the reminder, the approver receives an email prompting them to review and approve the job or offer.
