Delete a candidate from Recruiting

This article explains how to delete a candidate from Recruiting in Applicant Tracking when the candidate is no longer needed.

This article is for administrators.

 

To remove a candidate from Recruiting, follow these steps: 

  1. Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking.
  2. Select the job title that includes the candidate.
  3. On Candidate Breakdown, select the candidate. 
  4.  Select the More Info icon.
  5. Select Delete Candidate. The Delete Candidate window opens.Shows the Candidate Details window highlighting the Delete Candidate selection.
  6. Select DELETE. A notification displays to confirm the candidate was deleted.Shows the Delete Candidate window requesting to confirm the Delete action.
