Four primary tasks in the Agency Manager.

HOW DO I INVITE AN AGENT?

  1. Go to Admin > Agencies > Approved Agencies and click Invite an Agent.
  2. Enter the agent's email address. If this is the first time you are using Agency Manager, no jobs appear to select for Authorized Jobs yet. Click Send Invite.
  3. If the agency does not respond to their invitation email, the link expires after three days. You can re-invite the agent by following these steps again.

HOW DO I APPROVE A JOB FOR AGENCY VISIBILITY/SUBMISSIONS? 

  1. Go to Admin > Agencies > Agency Jobs. Select the desired jobs and click Approve for Agencies.
  2. You can then give permission to specific agents to access the approved job(s).

HOW DO I GRANT OR DENY AGENCY REPRESENTATION?

  • When a candidate is submitted by the agency, the record is entered into Recruiting.
  • Users with the right permissions (as specified during Agency Manager setup) can see the candidate and choose to grant or deny agency representation.
  • After representation is granted, hiring managers for the job can see the candidate normally. Otherwise, the candidate remains hidden.
