Set up agency manager in Recruiting

Instructions to set up agency manager and a presentation.

This article is for administrators.

 

Start using Agency Manager

  1. Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking.
  2. Select Admin.
  3. Select Agencies, then select Settings. This turns on the feature.Shows the naviagation path and Agencies tab
  4. Scroll down and set these options for your organization: 
    1. Users who can add agents.
    2. Users who can approve jobs for agency searches.
    3. Information required from agency-submitted candidates.
    4. Users who can make representation decisions.

Set up a presentation 

  1. Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking.
  2. Select Admin and select Agencies.
  3. Go to the Agency Representation and Candidate Hiding section and select who should be allowed to make Representation decisions. 

Notes:

  • Any candidates submitted by an agency remain hidden to most users until representation is granted. 
  • By default, Recruiting allows Admins and Staffing Users Only to make representation decisions.
  • Hiring Managers can also be allowed to make representation decisions. 
  • The feature can be turned off entirely, so all agency-submitted candidates are automatically visible.
