Set up offer letters - attachments

Use this template for procedure articles. One procedure per article. Instructions are highlighted.

This article is for administrators.

Offer Approval must be turned on first.  

Only Administrators can manage offer letter settings.  

 

Overview

  • Add attachments to offer letters to share extra documents with candidates. Attachments help you provide important information at the time of the offer.  

Before you begin 

  • To personalize or collect an electronic signature on an attachment, the attachment must be a Word (.docx) file.  

Create an attachment to an offer letter 

  1. Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking to open the Recruiting platform. 
  2. Go to Admin > Approvals and under Offer Letters, select Offer Letter Attachments.

  3. Select Add an Attachment

  4. Enter a Name and Description for the attachment. Then, attach the attachment.

  5. Select Save. This will add the attachment to your library.  

Teams often attach the following documents to offer letters: 

  • Company handbook 
  • Benefits overview or enrollment guide 
  • Job description 
  • Non-disclosure agreement 
  • Non-compete agreement 
  • Confidentiality agreement 

Tips for attachments 

  • Use clear file names so candidates understand each document. 
  • Use Word (.docx) files if you want to use tokens personalize the attachment or collect electronic signatures. 
  • Review attachments before sending the offer to confirm accuracy.
