How it works 

You access Candidate Texting through the Marketplace, where the feature is available for activation. 

• The system uses the candidate’s stored phone number to send messages.

• Candidates receive messages on their mobile devices and reply using their text messaging app.  
• Replies return to the system and display in the messaging interface.
