Offer Approval - Usage Guide (Admins)

HOW DO I REVIEW OFFER APPROVAL REQUESTS AND BEGIN THE OFFER APPROVAL PROCESS?

From your Requests tab on the left side, you can click to see any current approvals awaiting your action. Click the Offer Approval you want to review.

Review the offer details, and determine if you want to move forward and start the approval process. You also can deny the request right off the bat. Remember, Green is Go, and Red is No.

Pick the pre-defined approval process that you want to use, or create a Custom one on-the-fly. Alternatively, if you as the Admin have the authority to approve this offer without input from other stakeholders, you can click Skip Approval as this point.

Review the Approval Request email and click Submit.

Recruiting alerts your approvers based on your approval process, and notifies you when the process is completed.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF AN OUTSTANDING OFFER APPROVAL?

You can view the process and status of any of your Offer Approvals by visiting your Approvals tab on your home dashboard. This indicates approval requests that are new, approvals currently in process (awaiting responses from Approvers), and completed approvals that must be activated by you.

If necessary, Admin/Staffing Users can Approve on behalf of an Approver by clicking the Approver’s name on the Approval bar.

WHAT DO I DO AFTER AN OFFER HAS BEEN APPROVED?
