This article is for Administrators.

Your administrator must have enabled the Interview Scorecard feature.

 

This article describes how administrators set up a custom Interview Scorecard so you and interviewers to take notes and assign scores to potential candidates for hiring. 

Scorecard Template: 

Steps to Add an Interview Guide to any Scorecard

1. Login to Paycor and go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking.

  • The screen opens to display the Active Jobs in your company.

 

2. Along the top click Admin and select Interviews.

  • The Interviews tab appears. 

3. Find the scorecard you want to add the guide to, and when the details screen appears, in Interview Guide section, click Upload Interview Guide, select it from your directory and click Upload.  

4. That new guide appears in the Interview Guide section for users to click and download. 

  • You can delete the guide at any time by clicking the red trash can icon.
