This article is for administrators.
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking.
- Select the job title that includes the candidate.
- On the Candidate Breakdown tab, select the candidate's name.
- Select the envelope icon.
- Complete all required fields.
- Select Attach to add attachments or drag the files from Document Folders.
- Select Send Email.

- Use Email Templates to save time. These can be customized in Personal Settings.
- When you select Insert an Invitation, Recruiting attaches a .iCS meeting file. When scheduling employees for a phone screen or interview, consider the Recruiting Interview Scheduling tool instead.
